Terms of sale for custom-made items
Custom-made items are produced specifically according to our customers’ dimensions and choices. Due to this personalization, these products cannot be returned or refunded once the order has been confirmed.
However, if an obvious manufacturing defect is found upon receipt, we undertake to exchange the item concerned. To do so, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the defect so that we can assess the situation and offer you a suitable solution.
