Delivery

When will I receive my order ?

Our delivery times generally vary between 4 and 10 days.
business days depending on your location. Made-to-measure items
on order requires 4 to 5 days for production followed by a
week for delivery. As soon as your order is shipped, a number
tracking will be provided to you to follow its delivery.

How to follow the routing of my order ?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking number with a link allowing you to track the progress of your order in real time.

What countries are delivering ?

We deliver to most countries in Europe as well as Canada.
Deliveries to Monaco and the French overseas departments and territories are not supported.

How to turn a product ?

To submit a return request, it is mandatory to go through your customer area by logging in to your account Casaharmony. Once connected:

  • Go to the section "My Orders".
  • Select the relevant order.
  • Follow the instructions to submit your return request.

Any request made outside of this procedure will not be not taken into account.

How long does it take to receive my refund ?

Once the product is returned and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days. You will be notified as soon as the refund is processed.
